Distribution centres frequently require scaffolding over or around installed conveyor systems, racking, and M&E. We design crash decks using beam-and-board configurations that span over equipment — keeping lower floors accessible and avoiding multi-level closures.

Chilled Distribution Centre — Midlands
When sprinkler testing failed at a chilled warehouse nearing completion, the entire sprinkler network required replacement — but conveyor belts at ground level ruled out MEWPs. With LADs looming and the cool-down phase weeks away, CKJ mobilised within one week. We erected an 84m × 84m birdcage scaffold across five zones, coordinated 24-hour erection rotations, and completed the full works within one month — keeping the project on track.
